its time to the creation of new recipes, new forms and new textures. |

| To satisfy our customer's needs, we review
continuously our traditional recipes and develop new desserts. |
For 4 years, our company has a research
area of 400m² dedicated to innovation and has been equipped with a pilot
line for test batch allowing to perform small-scale tests of the manufacturing
process, without interfering with production lines. Continuously working with
production, Research and Development department improve the tools and
manufacturing processes. It is strongly involved in the process of reference of
new raw materials and innovative technical processes.
